Civil suits are typically filed in a particular county. Most counties
do not permit or facilitate outside access to their case files. In any
case, unfortunately, one needs to have an idea what county the case
might have been filed in, and knowing that county, making an inquiry
of the court clerk in that county as to a particular party, either the
plaintiff or defendant.
Another complication is that a suit that is filed by a plaintiff must
(with certain exceptions) be filed in the county that the defendant
resides. Therefore, if one is interested in suits filed BY a certain
company, one would necessarily have to check in the counties in which
the probable or potential defendants would reside.
Once a case is finalized, an appeal may be taken by the losing party
and once a decision is rendered by the court of appeals, that opinion
can usually (almost always) be obtained over an on-line service - like
Lexis or Westlaw.
Good luck with finding out your information.
Sorry I couldn't be of assistance.
