I am looking for a list of Free Job Boards where I can post for a
PHP-MySQL Developer as a contractor. I didn't want to pay $500 a month
for the big job boards to post for one position I have. I am sure
there are message boads for web developers who have specialized in PHP
and MySQL.   The position is in KY, USA and person has to be on-site.

I would recommend looking at PlanetSourceCode.com - they have a "Jobs"
section where you can specify necessary skills from a list, and while
MySQL is not a choice, PHP & SQL both are.
