The comments tell you accurately how to deal with your bookmarks file
(it's actually quite easy to use in raw HTML format - Netscape did a
pretty good job there). As for your email addresses:

Go to Netscape Messenger (the mail client)
Click the address book button.
Choose File | Export
Find a location you would like your email addresses to be in, and
choose a format (Comma-Separated Values and Tab-Delimited are two good
human-readable formats). Type in a filename, and you're done!

If you have multiple address books (shown under the "Directory"
heading at left), you will need to save each one separately, though
you can easily concatenate the lists later.

I hope this helps.

What do you mean by "e-mail list"? Do you mean the list of e-mail
addresses in your address book or do you mean you want to print out
and save all the e-mail messages that you have received (or something
else?)

Saving the bookmarks is pretty easy.
Each user of Netscape has a profile (if you only had one user you
might not realize this.) A directory for each user is created at:

C:\Program Files\Netscape\Users\username

where 'username' is the user's profile name.

If you use a program like Windows Explorer to look in that directory,
you'll find a file called bookmark.htm which is probably the easiest
file to keep to preserve your bookmarks. Printing that file wouldn't
be particularly helpful because it only lists the name of the site and
not the URL address. But, if you copy that file onto a disk, you can
then put it in on your new computer (in the appropriate place) and
then you should have your old bookmarks reappear in Netscape. If
you've changed browsers on the new computer you'd probably still be
able to get the old bookmarks recognized, but that would vary by
browser.

If you save the 'bookmark.htm' file onto a floppy or your C: drive,
you can view it in any browser just like any other web page.
It looks just like a big list of links.
You can rename it if you like, just don't change the '.htm' part.

Clicking on the links will take you to the page you want.
I even uploaded mine to the server for my webpage, so I can have my
own personal bookmarks on any computer in the world.

I don't know about the list of email addresses. There is some way of
exporting the list, but I can't remember how. The computer I'm on now
doesn't have netscape.
