Hello,
are you looking for the whole soundtrack or just the title track?
Do you know it exists? I know it is common to release the title track
on an album if the song is by a popular artist, though not so common
to have a whole soundtrack. Presumably it would have been sung by
Leon? Which would lead the search (for the title track anyway) to his
albums.

A site devoted to Wong Kar Wai's films notes that people have found
the soundtrack in various places, including their local Chinatown and
on eBay. It might be worth your while to visit this site and ask if
anyone has tracked it down recently...

I found it on ebay with the search string "fallen angels cd".
It is on sell there every now an then.

I bought mine for under 40 bucks including shipping.
