i came across this word in an english dictionary many years ago, so
i'm most interested the word in the english language. i would,
however, be interested in other languages as well if such a word
exists.

How about "ozonic" or "ozonous"?

Lightning causes the creation of ozone, which we smell after a storm.
We therefore tend to associate the smell of ozone with "clean" air.
Ironically, ozone is actually an air pollutant in high concentrations.

There are a number of "air filters" on the market that actually
produce ozone rather than, or in addition to, cleaning particulates
from the air.

While I'm not sure if these are the best words for the definition
above, I believe "dewy" or "vaporous" capture the essence of what you
are looking for.
