I need to be able to "share" my calendar with my palm and desktop AND
have the information online so I can update it and share it with other
people (without them having to register for anything).  Currently
Outlook and the Palm work great, but I need to able to publish and
update my calendar online.  Are there any programs that work with
Outlook to do this?  What else would work?

Yahoo Calendar provides this service. It allows you to "synchronize"
your Outlook calendar to the 'net, just like you can synchronize you
Outlook calendar with your PDA.
