Is there a website that contains a recent record of past weather? I've
found http://www.almanac.com/, which gives me the the weather from the
previous year, but it doesn't have recent data. Specifically, I'd like
to know what the weather was on Oct 24, 2002 in Sonoma, CA.

Hi there,

The National Weather Service is a government department that includes
weather archives.

Santa Rosa appears to be the closest to Sonoma that they archive
online, and its temperatures on that day were a high of 60 and a low
of 51, with no rain.
