I need software or a site that has a program that accurately enters a
day traders buy and sell orders and gives me the results of a gain or
loss. I recently began some daytrading and I have been using MSN
investor, which cannot differentiate between the buy and sell orders,
as they are entered on the same day. I am getting some really far out
#'s from the results. I also don't need a super-duper expensive
software program. I tried to find it with the following on Google "day
traders portfolio" with nothing but links to day trading sites.
stockzguy needs a great, inexpensive tracking daytraders portfolio.
Thanks in advance.

This site:

http://download.com.com/3120-20-0.html?qt=STKMKT_KW&tg=dl-2001&SWLink=n

has all sorts of programs (some free...) that
allow you to track your stocks, etc.

thankz denco---one small problem-most, if not all of them, do not have
a day traders portfolio and in order for them to "work", you need to
link your 'puter to their quotes and/or streamers. I already have a
r/t quote service. I need a portfolio that will track my every entry
and decypher the daytrades. I d/l a few, one was from the UK and was
totally useless, another was in either Swedish or Norweigan, no help
there. I also refuse to pay 100 bucks, for it, either. I am going to
start searching retail stores, both online and out in the brick and
mortar stores. I think that I'll ask my sister, she's a programmer, if
she has come across any decent programs.
