Greetings!

Have you enlisted the help of a physician to help determine the reason
for your hair loss?

Hair loss can occur as a result of an illness, a shock to the system,
heredity, and a variety of other reasons. Determining the course of
action you should follow is going to be determined by the cause of the
problem.

If you have seen physician concerning this problem, please submit the
details of the diagnosis so a researcher can provide you with some
helpful suggestions. If you have not seen a physician, please
consider making an appointment to discuss the matter. Many people
suffer hair loss because of medical conditions they are not aware of,
such as hormonal imbalance or infection. If a medical condition is
the cause of your problems, over the counter medications or vitamins
may not be an effective solution to your problem.

I will be happy to help you with your question once I receive
clarification.

Thanks!

< The following four vitamins have been shown to prevent hairloss.
They can be taken orally as pills:

Inositol
Inositol is a member of the B vitamin group. A diet lacking this
produces baldness. When prescribed to balding patients hair loss
stopped and in some cases hair grew back. It took as little as one
month for effects to be noticed.

Biotin
Biotin is also known as vitamin H. It is a member of the B vitamin
group. It works by metabolising fatty acids which help hair to grow.
It is naturally present in egg yolks, liver, milk, yeast and kidney.
Raw egg whites contain a substance called avidin which reduces the
effect of biotin.

Zinc
Zinc has been shown to prevent and reverse baldness. Zinc is naturally
present in wheat germ, brewer’s yeast, pumpkin seeds, oysters,
mussels, shrimps and egg yolks.

Choline
Choline has been shown to prevent hair loss. It is naturally present
in egg yolks, yeast, liver and wheat germ. >
