Hi scooper38-ga,

This message is commonly seen if you have messages in your email
Outbox for either Microsoft Outlook Express or Microsoft Outlook (or
another email program such as Netscape Mail, AOL or Eudora) that
hasn't yet been sent. Generally this message is seen when shutting
down Outlook or Outlook Express but the reason that you may be seeing
this message is probably because Outlook was running when you were
shutting down.

Also, if you only use Outlook and not Outlook Express, there could be
a chance that some left over message was stored in Outlook Express's
outbox and that's causing the message to pop up.

To get rid of the message for good, open Outlook Express and navigate
to your all Outbox's (if there's more than one), check to ensure there
are no messages. If there are messages, either open them up and click
Send to send them out or delete them from the Outbox.

If you use Outlook, repeat the steps above. If you have Outlook
installed and don't use Outlook Express, check Outlook Express anyway
to make sure that's not the cause.

Hope this fixes your problem. Let me know (through Request
Clarification) if it doesn't and I'll dig some more.

Good luck,
mrbuzz-ga
