Greetings, DianaJo.
I've found two options that should help you to get your Flødeboller.
The Danish Food Shop, in the UK, offers a pack of 12 Flødeboller for
$2.26. They can bill you in dollars, and will ship to the USA.

I placed a trial order at the Danish Food Shop site, using a
relative's address in San Francisco to determine how much the total
would be. The shipping charge was $7.15, and there was a "small order
surcharge" of $4.00 (presumably this would be waived if you order a
larger quantity.)
The total order came to $13.41 for the 12 Flødeboller. Never having
tasted this delicacy, I can't guess whether it is worth that much. I
was tempted to proceed with my order, but I don't think my San
Francisco relative is fond of chocolate!

The only site in the US I could find which lists Flødeboller is The
Gift Chalet, which specializes in Scandinavian merchandise:

The Gift Chalet lists "Flodeboller choc cov cream puffs," item #C076
(no price given.) The site says "call for availability." Here is
contact info for this shop:

In case you are curious about trying other confections that are
similar to Flødeboller, an interesting BBC article about chocolate
cookies (biscuits) has a section entitled "Little Domes." An excerpt:
"Flødeboller (Denmark) seem to also be made out of dark chocolate, and
are also found over much of the European mainland, where they are also
known by the more easily-pronounced but vaguely offensive Besos de
Negrita, Negerküsse, or Têtes de Nègre. They receive competition on
the mainland from Dickmanns (Germany), which are also notable for
their more unusual cylindrical shape."

My Google search strategy:

I hope this helps you to obtain some tasty treats! If there's anything
further that I can do for you, please request clarification before
rating my answer.
