Where can I get a list of fax numbers for boarding homes, assisted
living facilities and adult family homes in the state of Washington? I
would prefer a free list but would like to know of other options as
well including a national list.  email addresses of these facilities
would be fine also.

I already have the names, addresses and regular phone numbers of the
State of Washington Boarding Homes, Assisted Living Facilities and
Adult Family Homes.  The terminology is a little different in various
states but Nursing Homes are currently not of interest to me.  I am
trying to complete my database to add the fax numbers.  I thought that
there might be a more complete directory available or perhaps a
commercial listing service of fax numbers through SIC codes.  I am
trying to avoid calling everyone (several hundred calls) to ask for
their fax numbers which in the end may be the only practical solution
available to me if there is no readily apparent source.   I am
interested in a national source but would really like the State of
Washington initially.

The group of assisted living facilities which you listed is from one
corporate owner which lists their facilities (less than twenty) and is
not nearly a complete list since in the assisted living facilitiy
category there are several hundred facilities.  Did you come across an
owners list which would allow the list to be more complete or a list
of associations which may have this information available?  Thank you
