I have a Bell & Howell camera, model PZ2000 - 35/70 MM auto focus.
This appears to be an older model of the currently listed model PZ2200
with the same description. My camera needs service. Can you find me
a location in the NE quadrant of the US which can and will service
this model? Camera was made in China.

Hello,

Interesting to find, Bell & Howell don't actually make their own
cameras. From their own webpage, they license their name to a camera
company named Jazz Photo Corp. After calling the phone number for
their New Jersey office, the answering machine referred me to their
customer service e-mail address ( customerservice@jazzphoto.com ) to
discuss details such as purchase date, place, model, etc. I told them
it was a PZ2200, and they said that they have a 5 year warranty, as
stated on their webpage, "Offering variety and dependable service for
its product lines, Jazz stands by a five year warranty for their Bell
& Howell product." So send them an e-mail with as much info as you can
such as Name, Address, Camera Model (PZ2200), Purchase Date & Place,
Serial #, and they will send you an Service Support # and an address
to mail your camera out to. Best of luck with the camera and glad I
could help!

One inaccuracy: camera model subject of question was B & H PZ2000, not PZ2200.
