Hi jriesenb-ga,

SearchNYC.com gives a full list of Thai restaurants in New York City,
which can be found at the link below:
http://www.searchnyc.com/restaurants/thai.html

I get the impression that you were looking for more of a
recommendation though. According to NY City Guide.com, Jaiya (396
Third Ave) was ranked by the Zagat Survey as the number one Thai
restaurant for four years. You can accesss the information here
http://www.cityguidemagazine.com/nycdining.html
but you will have to scroll down to see it.

The same source recommends Pongsri Thai (244 W. 48th St., 311 2nd Ave
and 106 Bayard St) as a ‘must’ for visitors to NYC. Seeda Thai is
recommended by the New York Times, Gourmet and Playbill. It can be
found at 309 W. 50th Street.

Epinions rates The Lemon Grass Grill, 80 University Place, New York,
NY 10003 as five stars, with four reviews.

The Holy Basil, 149 Second Avenue, New York, NY 10003, was also rated
as five stars by Epinions.com, although it only has two reviews.

You can see the full list of Epinions reviews of Thai Restaurants in
New York City at:

Lists of Thai restaurants in New York City can also be found at:

The Office of Commercial Affairs at the Royal Embassy of Thailand

NYC.com http://www.nyc.com/list.aspx?c=6&e=cuisineID1&s=259&v=259&thelist=cuisineID1%2F259%2F259

I hope that something here grabs your attention!

A good selection of responses, although I'd hope to find some more
professional restaurant reviews or choices ... Zagat and Epinions are
both ratings by the public, not professionals. If NY Times, NY
Magazine or others have good reviews and choices, it would add much
value to this response. Thanks
