Krazy1,

As you can imagine, this list could be extensive, especially if
national banks are included. Researchers are wary of trying to answer
a question for "complete lists" unless "complete" can be quantified.
To help Researchers help you, how many companies would such a list
need to contain for you to consider it to be an acceptable Answer?

Are you only looking for all such companies that have a **physical**
branch in those counties? (Online banks can often serve customers
anywhere in the country, if they are approved in the customer's
specific state.)

I only want the companies that have a "physical" branch in the
counties listed.  I believe there should be approximately 250 banks
and 175 mortgage brokers.  I would be satisified with a list close to
those numbers I've mentioned above.  Thanks.
