I am seeking information on the electric-field infrared absorption
spectra of molecular oxygen.

I understand infrared absorption spectra, but what are "electric-field" spectra?

I left off a word "induced" in the question; I am seeking experimental
data on the electric-field induced infrared absorption spectra of
molecular oxygen. There is data in the literature (University of
Toronto was a major source in the 60's) on the electric-field induced
infrared absorption spectra of hydrogen and nitrogen (Courtois in
France). The elctric field induces a dipole moment in the molecule. I
have not been able to find any spectral data on oxygen, especially in
the spectral region 0.6 to 1.3 microns. The singlet level lines
should be active. I hope this helps.
