Has Powerquest Boats ever had any major accidents that involve a product defect?

Just a reminder that if you still wish to change the question $

Greetings!  I searched multiple variations of the following terms
using Powerquest in each search phrase:

boat accident
lawsuit
litigation
boat problem
boating accident
defect
manufacturing defect
product defect
production defect
product recall

and then I visited the Powerquest site and searched each boat model
name with the "defect" extension.

I found nothing in litigation related to defects in Powerquest boats
from my searches, nor did I find any product defect notices.  Some may
exist, but they are apparently not on the Internet.  You might contact
a lawyer to see if there is a paid litigation search to be conducted
in a US or global private law database that might reveal some facts on
your query.

I didn't want to post a "no answer" as my answer.  However, if you
wish to accept my comment as an answer, please let me know and I will
be happy to post it thusly and claim any adjusted fee.
