The song's title is "Red, White and Blue," by the great Loretta Lynn
(who is part Cherokee.) Here's a reference to the song in a newsgroup
post about a Loretta Lynn concert:
Her songs, including many that she wrote, were about fighting for her
man and about a neglected woman's temptation to stray; she demanded
respect in songs like "Don't Come Home a-Drinkin' (With Lovin' on Your
Mind)." And when "women's lib" arrived, she hitched her inborn
feistiness to a broader social current. "Time to change and I'm
demanding satisfaction, too," she declared in "We've Come a Long Way
Baby."
Ms. Lynn quickly sized up the audience, which was calling for songs
like "Fist City" and "You Ain't Woman Enough." This wasn't a crowd
that wanted homilies about true love. Ms. Lynn followed "One's on the
Way," about a pregnant housewife watching big-city glitter from afar,
with "The Pill," about "tearing down your brooder house." She sang
"Red, White and Blue," about a scorned half-Indian "half-breed," and
"Your Squaw's on the Warpath," about a wife who was fed up.

I could not find the song's lyrics online, and it proved difficult to
locate the song on CD. It can be purchased on a 3-CD collection of
Loretta's greatest hits, here:

Since I recognized this as a Loretta Lynn song, my Google search
strategy included searching the Web and Google Groups using the key
phrases "red white and blue" and "loretta lynn." I also visited
several sites that sell music on CD, and I checked Kazaa to see
whether the song was available through a file-sharing network (it was
not.)
I hope this helps! If I can be of further assistance, please request
clarification before rating my answer.
Best wishes,
