Mac OS X 10.2: Make the keyboard focus follow the cursor.

How can turn off the "click to type" feature in Max OS X
and make the keyboard focus follow the mouse like in most
UNIX window systems? Also, it would be nice if the window
with the focus did not have to be the top most window.

If the solution only works for the "Terminal" application that's ok.

There's a program called VirtualDesktop that does a bunch of things,
including some sort of focus-follows-mouse. It's $20 shareware.
