pozan..

IP addresses are numbers that are used to identify computers on a
network, in this case, the internet.

The IP address you provided resolves to scds1-c39.lga.llnw.net

llnw.net is Limelight Networks, a Phoenix, Arizona headquartered
company that, according to their website (http://www.llnw.net/),
provides "....innovative Digital Transport solutions that utilize the
Edge of the Internet to improve the delivery of rich media. Limelight
Network's EdgePrism family of products enable their customers to
deliver an extraordinary Internet experience to users while
controlling costs and simplifying complexity...without change to
existing web server code provides delivery."

By running a traceroute, this IP eventually resolves to New York,
hence the "lga" in the name.

Thank you for your question. If you need any further clarification,
please let me know.
