The data you request is available, but the only way I can get it is to
individually call hundreds of companies. That could take a huge amount
of time. Another complication (and the reason why such lists are not
likely to be available from an industry group or media outlet) is the
fact that few of those companies will have one person with the title
"vice president of sales." Many businesses have a number of executives
in charge of sales for different divisions, few of whom will have
"sales" in their titles.

For $50, I can provide names of all the publicly traded companies in
Chicago that meet your revenue requirements, and I can tell you where
to find a list of perhaps 250 privately held companies that fit your
revenue requirements.
