Let me clarify:  

I want to know the names of the 5 least expensive cardio vascular
machines that have a heart rate control program (the machine adjusts
in some way to keep the heart rate at a constant level) that works
with Polar heart rate monitors.

If the amount of money is insufficient please tell me and I may change
the list price.

Maybe you should think about what you want to acheive with the machine
to help you narrow down the choices

lower body and arms w/not alot stress put on the legs? Eliptical
lower body? Treadmill
legs? Bike
butt and legs? Stair Climber
etc...
