I need a list of the cheapest online MBA and Christian/Bible/Ministry
programs.
The program has to be able online (no classes to attend) and can
accept international students (in other words, they can issue I-20 the
international student visa).
I'm looking for universities/colleges in the States, not looking for
something in other countries.
I'm looking for the ones that cost less than $200/credit hour.

To be notice: the school might accept International students but their
online programs might not be available for International students. So
please make sure the online programs are available for International
students.
