Hello jeffreycarwile:
Thanks for the great question!
I was able to find dozens of pieces that fit your criteria that are
currently (or have been) performed by mixed wind ensembles of 7 to 35
instruments. In fact, I found so many that I'm afraid it might be a
little overwhelming if I list them all. Instead of listing hundreds of
pieces (which may be more than you want/need), I will give you the
individual pieces I found on two very good sites and then point you at
how to simply find many, many more.

If you want to find even more pieces to add to your repertoire, I
suggest doing the following search on Google:
repertoire "wind ensemble"
Almost every link leads you either to a current ensemble, a scholarly
list, or an available repertoire book.
However, if you want me to do some more compiling for you, I'd be only
too happy to. If that is the case, please send me a Clarification
Request. As well, please allow me to submit any requested
clarifications *before* you rate this answer.
Thanks!
