Are you sure it's the correct spelling of his name? The French Yellow
Pages do not have a listing for Alex Bellman in the Paris area.
Bellman is the family name, I presume? Also, be aware that Google
researchers are only allowed to provide contact addresses/telephone
numbers from business directories and not personal/residential contact
information.

There is no doctor with this name in Paris. (and there is no alex
bellman around paris in the phone directory)
 Doctors must be registred at the Conseil de l'ordre. To search in the
database of MDs in France try
http://www.annuaire.medecin.fr/recherche/criteres.asp.
For yellow pages: 
http://www.pagesjaunes.fr
For white pages
http://www.pagesjaunes.fr and then click on "pages blanches"
