I need to know the fees and rates for Internet Merchant Accounts 
in the UK (Barclays,  Natwest) France (BNP, Credit Lyonnais), and
Germany (GZS).

I know that the rate and fees will depend on the risk profile of the
merchant.  Please assume the profile of an online bookseller who has
been in business 5 years and monthly sales are $5000/month.

question and repost it as three separate questions, splitting the fee
accordingly between them. That way, you will enable someone who is
able to access relevant information in one of these countries, but not
all, to provide you with at least a partial answer to your query.
