I am trying to locate an original article from Fortune Magazine March
20, 1995 titled
"Planning a Career in a World Without Managers. 
I live in Sydney, Australia and am looking for the full article from

I haven't found any way of purchasing the 1995 issue you're interested
in, either through vintage magazine dealers or Fortune themselves.
