Where can I find information on level of new construction we can
expect in the sports and recreation market (i.e., new stadiums, new
outdoor parks, new collegiate althletic complexes, new ice rinks,
etc.) for 2003?

The best available data that I'm aware of comes from a weekly
publication called the RSV (Revenues from Sports Venues) Weekly
Newsletter.  It's a $295 per year subscription.
