Hi bartlet4america-ga!
This music is really beautiful, I don't blame you for wanting to track
it down. First off I found out that the choir singing in the
Monster.com commercial is The American Boychoir which was "founded in
Columbus, Ohio in 1937, and has been located in Princeton, New Jersey
since 1950."

Their official homepage lists recordings available for purchase, plus
heaps of information about the choir and their work:

I also found a small article by Chris Antar about how much the spot
cost and how many boys sang in it.
"'It's sort of a tongue-in-cheek thing about wisdom from the mouth of
babes," said Kristin Passantino, spokeswoman for American Boychoir
School. "It's a pretty simple piece of music, but it's nice and I
think it will underscore the rest of the commercial.'"

From the article I've just referenced we find out that the music was
"recorded at Elias Recording in New York City, [and] features the
voices of 16 boys from the choir."
It goes on to say that the composer is Alex Laserenko and the
commercial was "produced by Mullen Advertising in Wenham, Mass."
The site for Mullen:

I have sent an email to Ann Shannon, who is in charge of Press at
Mullen, asking about the piece of music and if Mullen might know where
to purchase it or what it is called. I will update as soon as I hear
back from her.
I am also contacting the Boyschoir to see if they can put me in touch
with Alex Laserenko or see if they can tell me the title of this
haunting music.
I hope this answer has helped so far!
Sincerely, Filian
