I want to know the names, price and purchase information of the 10
least expensive cardiovascular machines, (bikes, ellipticals,
treadmills, etc.), that have a heart rate control program, (the
machine adjusts in some way to keep the heart rate at a constant
level). The machines must work with Polar heart rate monitors.  Please
include the manner in which you find the information.  The machines
must be for home use.

That should read, "...names, prices, and purchase information for the
...".  By the way, this is a mixed list, I don't want the top 10 of
each type of cardiovascular machine, although, that would be a very
nice answer too...
