hgaylor,

Are you referring to the US Immigration & Naturalization Service's
policies on people emigrating FROM China INTO the U.S.? Or do you mean
China's policies regarding US Citizens entering their country? When
you say "non-immigrant", are you referring to people entering the
country to study or work for a limited period of time, or does
"non-immigrant" mean something else?

Providing Researchers with these answers would greatly assist them in
getting the information you need.

Regards,

Non-Immigramt Visa is the term used by the US State Department for
foreigners who want to temporarily vist the USA for a tour, to vist
their family or to do business (usually 90 days). Since the 9/11
terrorist attack on the United States policies and practices have
changed through out the world. Since I travel to China frequently for
business and many of my clients need to get Non-Immigrant Visas, I
need to know the current situation in the Republic of China that the
US State Department follows for issuing Non-Immigrant Visas.

To do this I need the internet web page references I need to visit to
research the area I have above described. I need the References NOT
the answer.
