Dear jamesd-ga,
The Sporting Life is no longer published. The last edition was
published in May 1998. It was owned by the Daily Mirror and demised
under their ownership. The company then became Trinity Mirror. In 1996
the web site www.sportinglife.com was conceived and established as a
sister to the newspaper. It then became known as PA Sporting Life, a
joint venture between the Press Association and Trinity Mirror
group. It was sold to ukbetting plc in 2001.

ukbetting plc is registered on the London Stock Exchange Alternative
Investment Market.
