I live in Texas. I have a week before I move into a new apartment. It turns out that the apartment owners made a deal with SBC, and other companies, so that I can not have Time Warner cable and RoadRunner(which I very much like). Now if I move in, then I have to get satellite service, and DSL. I am very upset that I was not told from the beginning that I wouldn't be given a choice. I want to know what are the repercussions from cancelling the move. If they can hold me liable for months rent can I legally dispute it? Would I lose my initial deposit? Thank you for you answer. |
