I could not find any contact information on the web for the Franco
Schiavon Glass Factory on the island of Murano, Italy.
However, Octavia's Haze Gallery in San Francisco carries the works of
Glass Master Tsuchida Yashuhiko, who studied under Franco Schiavon,
and who married Franco's daughter Annarita Schiavon. I suspect that
the Gallery may be able to point you in the direction of the item you
seek.

"Tsuchidas’ history is as interesting as his glass. Born and raised in
Osaka, Japan, he knew he wanted to be an artist from a very young age.
As a young adult, he was trained as a sommelier and a professional
chef. He then spent many years traveling through Europe, creating art.
While in London he met Annarita Schiavon, who would later become his
wife.
Annarita’s family comes from a long line of Venetian glass masters.
She brought Tsuchida back to Italy to learn the family trade and meet
her father, fourth generation glassblower Franco Schiavon."
