It is the same devise found in an ultrasonic humidifier. And a

Thanks for your question.

There are several systems which meet your specifications and whose
suppliers can take either large or small orders. The 20 microcron
particle size is rather large so I have included equipment that have a
small particle size also.

The Pari Respiratory Equipment Compressor and Nebulizer systems are
120 Volt 60 Hz AC Plug in the Wall Models. There are also models that
are more portable.

The Omron Nebulizers systems provide a lower particle size. The NE-C18
CompAir XL Compressor Omron Nebulizer "nebulizes medication to a
particle size of 0.5 to 5 microns". Other models are more portable and
operate using a car power adapter or batteries.

The Mystique systems also have a smaller particle size. Most of their
models are considered to be portable but will work with a Ac/Dc power
supply which is included.

There are many other ultrasonic nebulizer systems available. I have
listed only a few so you may wish to explore others to see what is
available.

The Pari Respiratory system are sold by the American Allegry Supply
Company. The internet address is:
http://www.american-allergy-supply.com/ . The telphone number is (800)
321-1096.

The Omron Nebulizers systems are sold by Health Check Systems. The
internet address is: http://www.healthchecksystems.com/. The telephone
number is (888) 337-4684

The Mystique systems are sold by DME. The internet address is:
http://www.dmeonline.com/ . The telephone number is (877) 272-7626

Again, thanks for using Google Answers.

Just to update the question and answer. The real answer I was looking
for and the device is a ultrasonic transducers. I found them at
mytransducers.com off of a humdifirst website.

I regret the answer I provided did not meet your requirements. The
answer was based on the references to nebulizer, humidifier and 20
microns. I did not deduce from the question that you wanted a part
internal to these devices.
