Who are the leading firms that Hospital Systems use for strategic
planning and future facility analysis/needs work?  Do they use the
healthcare practices of the Big 4 or are their some other niche firms
that they typically use?

Just to clarify, I am trying to find the "top" consultants that a
Hospital System CEO would turn to for help with his System's Business
or Master Plan.
