According to the Encyclopedia of the American Civil War
Union Casualties at Fredericksburg numbered 12,653; Confederate
Casualties: 4,201

This site: http://members.aol.com/lmjarl/civwar/cas.html
has a comprehensive list of the number of casualties by division and
the names of officers.

It also lists all officers on both
sides.http://members.aol.com/lmjarl/civwar/usaunit.html

The Fredericksburg Order of Battle Army of the Potomac can be viewed
at http://www.civilwarhome.com/aopfredericksburg.htm

I've found no indication of a list of all 12,000 casualties on the
internet.
