We bought a Cordset E26 NA (rice paper ceiling lamp) and would to know
how to install it in/from the ceiling.  It has a chord with a light
socket at the end and a lampshade.  There doesn't seem to be any
directions on the IKEA site.

Do I understand correctly,

Just a bare flex coming from the lamp unit/shade, cieling-wards?
