I am looking for a cartoon of a man (I think wearing a suit and tie)
sitting at the mouth of a cave, with a bird on his finger.  The bird
is saying (paraphrase), "And Pat Buchanan is back in the White House."
 The caption of the cartoon is (paraphrase), "The old liberal in exile
catches up on the news."   I do no know the cartoonist or the
publication (althought it seems like a New Yorker type).  Where can I
get a copy?
