from the billing option, but there are a few that may work with you.
They want to ensure the best possible return for the businesses that
are running/selling your products. I have quite a few options for you
to look at below. When applicable, I will list information that may be
valuable to your marketing efforts. Here is what I was able to come up

This company is impeccable. The have over 11,500 high quality
affiliated sites in their network. Every month the log over 500
million visits to their advertisers websites. The minimum start-up
cost for the CPA campaigns is $2500, but is well worth it as their
reach is very good. They have numerous routes to explore including:

- CPA
- CPC (only $200 start up)
- Create and offer Coupons (they own http://www.mycoupons.com/ )
- Newsletter mailings (48+ million and growing in over 250
publications)
- Create and offer Gift Certificates

In my opinion, one the most qualified to advertise with. The CEO is
Jason Wolfe I believe, and I am sure he would work with you further
after you have established network credibility with them.

Another great CPA compnay that has been around for some time. They
have a one time network access fee of $179.00, and minimum escrow of
$200.00. This is not too bad considering ....

Let me know if this something like what you are looking for. I also
found a few radio advertising companies that will work with you via a
CPA method as well. (They run your ad with special codes, they get
paid when you do)
