I just want to know whether there are more business opportunities left
in India. and if yes then please give me suggestions as I am plnning
to start a new Business. I am an Engineer (Computer Science), But I
don't think that would be of much help.

if you are a computer engineer why do you think it wont help 
bussiness opportunities in india are as good as that in any other part of world
well to start off it might be tough with the development feild of software
BUT given with ur qualification you should consider following feilds
> training 
> networking
> hardware
> teaching (very lucrative and no investments)
> embedded software
> hitech human resource
>call centers
> medical transciptions
