The city is Cape Town , the suburb in Blaauwberg. The one bedroomed ( two roomed + kitchen + bathroom + Balcony) seaview apartments sell for around US$ 35 000, and rental income is around US$ 400 per month on average. We are looking for International investors to purhchase these bargain Beach front investment apartments and then we will manage them for the investors, for a commission fee of 15% of rental income. Most investors come to Cape town once a year and live in their own Beach Front investment Apartments. Please let me have a list of websites specialising in finding quality residential investment propertys for theirnternational clients ( In USA, Germany, UK, Europe etc.. |
