If you already know what you want, I've found another site for you: 
The Southern African Travel Portal at

It has details of accomodation, safaris, tours, international travel
links.....in fact everything you'd want on a Cape Town holiday in
large directories of different kinds of accomodation, various tour
operators etc.

I know about cape-town.org, They will not pass out their enquirys..
I would still like to know if there are other websites where
International tourists wanting to visit cape town RSA can put a
question on the site saying something like this. We are two people and
a 2 year old child from Canada looking for self- catering holiday
accommodation in Cape Town from the 2nd dec 2002 to the 30th dec 2002,
we are also looking for a car to hire. Please send me a list of your
accommodation which suites our needs, with rates and possible photos
