The Clerk of Courts can be contacted by voice mail system at:

Docket review: Documents for open cases and recently closed cases can
be viewed at no cost on the dedicated PACER terminals at either
Clerk's Office. Copies of documents can be printed at $.10 per page.

Access via the Internet to Federal Court records can be obtained by
registering with the PACER system at:

http://pacer.psc.uscourts.gov/pacerdesc.html

It takes up to two weeks to receive access to the PACER system after
registration. A user name and password are sent by surface mail (not
e-mail). There is a court-imposed fee of $.07 per page to download
files. If the cumulative amount in any calendar year (Jan. 1-Dec 31)
does not equal or exceed $10.00, the account balance is erased and
begins to accrue again from zero on January 1. There is a maximum fee
of $2.10 for any single file. Some waivers of fees can be made at the
discretion of the Court.

Documents from past closed cases are stored in the National Archives
and Records Administration, Central Plains Region facility in Lee’s
Summit, Missouri. Forms to request documents can be obtained from the
Clerk's Office. Case information must be obtained from the Clerk's
Office prior to application. A $10.00 fee is charged for a standard
package of documents.
