I am looking for evidence/information to support this argument since
information that I've gathered on the internet is mostly in favour of
imposing tolls for bridges due to the following main reasons: 1)
Increase the use of public transit 2) Lower the rate of pollution 3)
Maintenance.

You can ignore the "greater Vancouver" part of the argument as long as
the evidence/information you provide is sufficient to show that
"imposing tolls for bridges" will have more disadvantages than
advantages.
