Hello bclass-ga,

Uninstalling programs from Windows is a more common occurence that it
should be, but it happens. Have a look at the following free software
that addresses this problem. I've tried it, with successful results :

UnInstall Professional 1.0

Downloads: 2,739
Publisher: Tavi software
Date added: July 18, 2002
File size: 286K; Clock this download
License: Free
Minimum requirements: Windows 95/98/Me/NT/2000/XP
Uninstaller included?: No

From the developer: "Uninstall Professional is a small tool which
removes programs forever even if the uninstallation program is broken.
It removes the selected applications with one single click. This
application has been carefully tested and it is perfectly stable it
does not generate errors in your system so try it now it's free."

If you're still having problems, we may have to remove it manually. Do
let me know by posting a Request For Clarification, and I'll be more
than glad to help you until we solve your problem. Good luck and thank
you for using Google Answers!
