I've been able to find a recipe for a savory souffle for the
Advantium. Would this meet your requirements?

Hi jeffrey0349-ga,

I first checked the GE Advantium page to see if they offered the
recipe you’re looking for.
They did not have any soufflé recipes listed. The closest thing listed
under desserts was a White Chocolate Cheesecake.

Next I contacted the GE Answer Center and got the following answer.

Thank you for contacting GE. I'm sorry, but the closest recipe I was
able to find for you is for Corn & Cheese Souffle. You should still be
able to follow it from a technical perspective and substitute the
appropriate ingredients.

1/4 cup butter, melted
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon ground red pepper
1- 1/2 cups milk
2 –1/4 cups shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
1 (8-oz.) can whole kernel corn, drained
6 eggs, separated
In 1 –1/2 -quart casserole, combine butter, flour, salt and pepper.
Gradually stir in milk. Place dish on white ceramic tray. Cook at U=0
L=0 M=7 for 4 to 6 minutes, until slightly thickened, stirring every 2
minutes. Add cheese and corn. Cook at U=0 L=0 M=7 for 2 minutes; stir
to blend. In small mixing bowl, beat egg yolks. Stir small amount of
cheese sauce into egg yolks; return yolk mixture to sauce, blending
well. Cool slightly. In medium bowl, beat egg whites until soft peaks
form. Fold egg whites into cheese mixture just until blended. Pour
into a greased 2 -1?2 -quart soufflé dish. Place dish on turntable.
Cook for 18 to 19 minutes at U=4 L=4 M=4 until top is puffed and
golden and center is set. Serve immediately. Makes 4 servings.

Feeling somewhat frustrated, I posted a question in a couple of online
recipe forums to see if anyone had a dessert soufflé recipe that they
had already converted for Advantium ovens. I had no luck.

Next, I posted a request for help with converting the Corn & Cheese
soufflé recipe as suggested by the GE Answer Center. Several people
recommended against this saying that converting savory soufflé recipes
to sweet doesn’t work and you should start from scratch.

If you want to make a chocolate soufflé in a regular oven, here’s are
a couple of recipes that were recommended by my helpful guides.

Good effort. Apparently there is really no answer for a sweet souffle.
