Hello--

Could you please give more information about what specifically you're
looking for? Are you looking for a list of off-road motorcycle trails
in these areas?

Thanks,

I am looking for places within a four hour travel time from Winnipeg
that will allow off road motorcycling. Anything from trails to sand
dunes to pits, etc. There are alot of provincial parks in the areas,
but I'm not sure if off roading with bikes or ATV's is allowed.

Aceman1-ga,

I believe I have found the ultimate solution to your question:
http://www.mtbr.com/trails/
There is a huge database containg thousands of trails, all reviewed by
riders like yourself.

A few excerpts include:
Bird's Hill Gravel Pits (Advanced) - At the end of Hoddinot Road, off
of Henderson Highway. Northeast Winnipeg, outside of City Limits about
3km.
http://www.mtbr.com/trails/Canada-Manitoba/Bird'sHillGravelPits.html

Epinette Creek (All skill levels) - Directions at
http://www.gov.mb.ca/natres/parks/regions/western/spruce_woods.html
http://http://www.gov.mb.ca/natres/parks/regions/western/spruce_woods.html

Lake William Trail (Intermediate) - It's located around Lake William
in Turtle Mountain Provincial Park 15 miles southeast of Boissevain.
The roads are all gravel but don't worry it's easy to find. Once you
get to the lake you can start from anywhere, the trail goes right
around the lake.

And 1000's more like this, all with reviews, stats, location, ratings.
I hope you find the trail that you are looking for.

Reason this answer was rejected by aceman1-ga:
I am reposting my question because the last researcher who tried to
answer it had no idea what the difference between an off road
motorcycle and a mountain bike is. I am looking for off road areas
and trails within a 4 hour radius of Winnipeg. Not mountain bike
trails, but dirt bike and ATV trails or areas, such as dunes, hills,
or pits.

Please note that alot of the trails listed on the website given DO
allow off road motorcycle and dirtbike/ATV. Hence the comments about
dirtbikes in the description of the trails such as
http://www.mtbr.com/trails/Canada-Manitoba/Bird'sHillGravelPits.html
Your "reason" for rejecting the answer is offensive since I've
actually used those websites to plan trails for my ATV.
If you simply wanted clarification on each trail, it would have been a
more reasonable action to simply ask for a clarification, as that
feature is conveniently available.
