Hi,

After some searching I didn't find a _private_ clinic of Dr. Branemark. 
There is however the public Branemark clinic in Goteborg, Sweden.

If you mean Prof Branemark, the "inventor" and pioneer of titanium
tooth implants, then the answer is yes.

However, he doesn't treat that many private patients any more in
Sweden as his work is now mainly teaching, lecturing, and promotion of
the Branemark implant system. He does however treat patients at many
centres around the world, usually as demo cases.
And yes, you do have to pay.
