What cellular phone has active voice-answer feature (vs. just voice
commands), and Bluetooth (beside T68i)? $3.00
The Kyocera 2235 (and I understand Erickson T68i) has a voice answer
feature (vs. Just voice commands). At an incoming call, with my
headset connected, the phone ask Accept incoming call? Say Yes or
No. I say yes and the call is connected. No futzing for the phone
or for a button on the earpiece. I found this convenient, and would
like this feature on a phone that support Bluetooth, and thus a
wireless headset. The new Nokia 6310 GSM Bluetooth phone?
Help me find an available Bluetooth phone that has this voice answer
feature, other than the T68i. |

Hi wannaknowit,
Can you tell me which service provider you wish to use this phone with
and the general area you are located?
Thanks

Hi wannaknowit,
I *think* I may have found a phone that fits your requirements, but it
is only available through an auction site as the company has
discontinued it. I'm waiting for one or two emails back, but would you
consider buying from an auction site such as eBay?

Hi wannaknowit,
I'm still looking, but unfortunately the phone I had in mind isn't
suitable. It has bluetooth and voice answering, but I've found some
information on forums that indicates the 2 might not be compatible. I
don't want to give you a wrong answer so I will keep at it, or maybe
another researcher will come up with something.

I looked in to this for a while, but haven't come up with anything too
promising. According to discussion group talks it may be a failing
with all Bluetooth headsets that prevents you from activating a voice
call without pushing a button. Refer to this link to read about it:

SonyErricson also confirms that it is not possible to use either the
HBH-10 or HBH-15 for Magic Word and Voice Answer.
